The degree of Master in Business Valuation (MBV) is awarded upon successful completion of the programme. This degree is conferred by Tilburg University on the basis of the conditions established by the Association of Universities in The Netherlands (VSNU or Vereniging van Samenwerkende Nederlandse Universiteiten).
By attending the TiasNimbas Executive Master of Business Valuation, participants will:
After each fundamental, advanced and practice course the participants will be evaluated by a written assignment which may take the form of a paper, a set of exercises or a case. The assignment will be directly related to course content. For instance, the participants could study the effects of the move towards new international accounting standards on earnings reporting. Exercises on risk management may further clarify the theory of the advanced course on this topic. A case may be solved on project valuation using real options capturing corporate expansion or contraction strategies.

The curriculum of the Master of Business Valuation reflects the basic philosophy of TiasNimbas Business School.
The programme addresses relevant theory, applications and best practice methods. The programme is built up of three main consecutive and complementary modules.

You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test if you come from a non-English speaking country.

The International Executive Doctorate (DBA+PhD), offered in partnership with the Cranfield University School of Management, is accredited by the Economic and Social Science Research Council (ESRC). This programme is one of only six in the UK to be recognised.
TiasNimbas is accredited by CEDEO for Accountancy Programmes. A selection of programmes at TiasNimbas is available for achieving the PE (permanent education) requirements for Royal NIVRA (Koninklijk Nederlands Instituut voor Registeraccountants).
