De Master of Management in Education heeft de volgende doelstellingen:
* de nieuwste kennis en inzichten (‘frontiers of knowledge’) uit diverse wetenschapsgebieden en verschillende sectoren verbreden uw blikveld;
* de focus op praktische relevantie en toepasbaarheid (‘project-based learning’) brengt een fundamentele en vaak verrassende heroriëntatie op de eigen werkkring teweeg;
* deelnemers leren van buiten de organisatie naar binnen te kijken door de ogen van de stakeholders met als resultaat te leren object- en veranderingsgeoriënteerd te zijn;
* het samen werken met en leren van ervaren managers uit verschillende sectoren in een open en kritische sfeer leidt tot een hoogwaardig relatienetwerk;
* deelnemers worden uitgedaagd om na te denken over de langere termijn ontwikkelingen in hun organisatie en de gevolgen daarvan voor hun (persoonlijke) positie als manager, zodat zij in staat zijn hun eigen koers uit te zetten en te varen.

* Voor onderwijsmanagers vergt dit specifieke competenties: een brede, externe oriëntatie, ondernemerschap en strategische visie.
* Parttime, looptijd 15 maanden.

De modules 1 tot en met 6 omvatten disciplinaire kennis voor de gehele non-profit sector en worden tegelijkertijd aangeboden voor het programma Master in Public and Non-Profit Management. Het programma wordt afgesloten met een individueel examentraject.
Requirements
Doelgroep:
Deelnemers van MME zijn beleids- en eindverantwoordelijke functionarissen in het management van complexe onderwijsorganisaties of educatieve dienstverleningsorganisaties.
Voorwaarden:
* een afgeronde universitaire of hbo opleiding;
* minimaal 3-6 jaar relevante werkervaring, d.w.z. de praktische ervaring met strategische vraagstukken;
* steun van de eigen organisatie.
Aanmelding:
* compleet ingevuld aanmeldingsformulier per post of email.
Inschrijving:
* na ontvangst van uw aanmeldingsformulier neemt
* de programme adviser contact met u op om een afspraak te maken met de Academic Director van het programma voor een intake gesprek;
* voorafgaand aan het gesprek dient u per email een cv en pasfoto toe te sturen;
* wij verzoeken u de volgende bescheiden mee te nemen naar het gesprek: kopieën van diploma’s, cijferlijsten van uw hoogst genoten vorm van onderwijs (voor documenten in andere talen dan Engels, Duits, Nederlands, Frans of Spaans zijn gewaarmerkte vertalingen noodzakelijk);
* het gesprek is informeel en vrijblijvend van aard. Het doel ervan is vast te stellen of uw verwachtingen overeenstemmen met het programma en of u zult passen bij de groep. Wanneer u na het gesprek wordt toegelaten en u besluit deel te nemen, ontvangt u het ‘Bevestigingsformulier’, waarmee u uw deelname definitief bevestigt.

The Association of MBAs (AMBA) is an international organisation that has accredited all our MBA programmes, including those offered in partnership with Bradford University School of Management. In addition, Bradford University is accredited by EQUIS.
The IMM (International Executive MBA Programme) is one of our programmes that, through its founding partners and their respective universities, qualifies for the international AACSB accreditation since both Purdue University and Tilburg University are AACSB accredited.In The Netherlands and Belgium, our MSc programme, as well as the Executive Master of Finance and Control (RC) are accredited by the NVAO. (Dutch Flemish Accreditation Organisation).

The TiasNimbas Master in Real Estate programme is RICS accredited. Created in 1868 and with 130 000 members in 120 countries, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) represents professionals working in property, land and the built environment all around the world.
The International Executive Doctorate (DBA+PhD), offered in partnership with the Cranfield University School of Management, is accredited by the Economic and Social Science Research Council (ESRC). This programme is one of only six in the UK to be recognised.
TiasNimbas is accredited by CEDEO for Accountancy Programmes. A selection of programmes at TiasNimbas is available for achieving the PE (permanent education) requirements for Royal NIVRA (Koninklijk Nederlands Instituut voor Registeraccountants).
