Location of Ecole de Management de Normandie - Campus du Havre

The objective of our programme, taught in the Campus of Le Havre, is to develop an understanding of key drivers of supply chain performance and their interactions with strategy and other functions of the company. It offers you analytical and problem solving skills necessary to align supply chain solutions with economic and financial objectives. This Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management provides you the background and the know-how required for the planning and the implementation of value creation in supply chain at the strategic as well as the operational levels. Graduates will be able to target a variety of career opportunities in Supply Chain Management field.

Structure :

  • Full Time 15 months, starting September,
  • Two semesters to focus on the “Supply Chain” and “Value Concept”
  • 8 Modules (4 per semester) of 10 sessions each
  • Work placement (5 months minimum)

Learning process centred and professionally enhanced teaching format with:

  • Lectures,
  • Tutorials, teamwork and individual research and reports,
  • Case studies and presentations,
  • Work placement and professional dissertation (May - December),
  • 2 field projects.

VALUE CHAIN MANAGEMENT - Semester 1 (September - December)

  • Pre-sessional orientation
  • Value as a Strategic Concept
  • Supply Chains, Demand Chains and the Value Chain
  • Value Chain in Service Organizations Value chain Management
  • FIELD PROJECT Audit and analysis of Supply Chain Systems (5 weeks)

VALUE CHAIN IMPLEMENTATION - Semester 2 (January - April)

  • Demand Chain / Network Design and Management
  • Supply Chain / Network Design and Management
  • Strategic Distribution and Transportation
  • Information Technology Management in supply / Demand Networks
  • FIELD PROJECT - Design and optimization in the supply chain (5 weeks)

WORK PLACEMENT

5 to 6 months: May - December

DISSERTATION

Students complete a 20,000-word Master-level professional thesis

You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test if you come from a non-English speaking country.

Admission requirements

  • An undergraduate degree in a business or engineerig related subject (or a dregree with at least a minor in business).
  • The admission decision is taken after close evaluation of the application form including CV, personal statement and reference letters.
  • Application Deadline: April 8 (1 st session), July 8 (2 nd session).

English language requirements

  • Entry requirement is TOEIC 790 or a TOEFL equivalent score or an IELTS equivalent score.
