The MSc in Arts & NGO Management is designed for individuals seeking cross-disciplinary training in preparation for employment in non-profit organisations including, but not limited to: cultural and artistic associations, non-governmental organisations, the public sector, health, leisure, solidarity and consulting.
Considering that non-profit organisations are both business units as well as agents of cultural change within society, the programme develops critical and technical managerial, economic and socially progressive skills.
The programme content is both forward looking and historically informed in its concern with human geography, innovation and development. It provides interdisciplinary practice in problem solving for project work that bridges all levels of the organisation : sector specific knowledge, consumer studies, strategy, communication, and research. Although the programme has been created for students with a first degree in business, its approach is strongly interdisciplinary and critically based to allow for other undergraduate degrees to participate meaningfully.
The MSc in Arts & NGO Managment is a one-year full-time programme entirely taught in English that's worth 75 ECTS credits.
