The architectural field currently undergoes significant transformations at both theoretical and practical levels due to the development of digital technologies and the rising importance of globalization processes and sustainability issues. As a result, while the content and specialization areas of architecture change, unprecedented research areas emerge. The curriculum of the graduate program in architecture includes courses which relate contemporary theories and criticism with architectural production and emphasize the relationship between architecture and other related disciplines. The aim is to produce research that reflects global advancements in the discipline with particular focus on the specificities of the local context, and to graduate experts who will play an active role in the newly emerging professional scene.
