This programme is designed to help you to identify and develop your personal learning power, to understand systems thinking and to facilitate enquiry-based learning as a vehicle for change in your organisation. The programme, being 'enquiry-led', is highly engaging and practical.

The programme is for leaders and aspiring leaders in the private, public and third sector as well as in education. You may be a chief executive, senior manager, head teacher, or member of a leadership team. You want to develop in yourself and in your organisation powerful new approaches to learning and leadership which put the learner and learning at the centre of the process of change.

Your organisation may be viewed as a learning system, peopled by adaptable lifelong learners, who contribute intelligently to the learning, adaptability and change of the system as a whole. You are someone with responsibility in such an organisation, for achieving effective results, either for yourself, your students or for your community.
It follows that you need to be able to identify and develop your personal learning power, to acquire new methods of retrieving and manipulating knowledge and information, to recognise and manage your own learning processes and pathways and to influence others to do the same. The challenge is to facilitate your own motivation, skills and aptitude for learning and for learning to learn. You need the ability to negotiate the values, issues and dilemmas of the workplace in a manner that forms the basis for active participation in the wider community and ecosystem within which you exist.
