The programme covers the following: the constituent provisions of EU Competition Law - Article 81, Article 82, Articles 87-89 and the Merger Regulation. Subsequent units will look at joint ventures, cartels, distribution agreements and licences of intellectual property rights. Finally, the units deal with particular problems of EU Competition Law procedure and enforcement.
The units are fully self contained and will be updated each year to take account of any new law.
You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test.

Take testApplicants must normally hold a degree in law or in a related discipline, of a good second class honours standard (or equivalent in the case of degrees differently graded), or be a qualified barrister or solicitor. Applications from candidates who have achieved a comparable academic level through past studies and where previous study, work or experience has made the applicant a suitable candidate for admission may also be considered.
