A one-year, full-time programme primarily aimed at new or recently qualified graduates from any discipline. The programme is suitable for those who wish to gain a higher degree qualification to enable them to enter a career in human resource management. The programme is designed to introduce you initially to the broad field of business and management, before specialising in the area of human resource management.
Its aim is to enhance employability by giving participants both general and specialist human resource management knowledge which can be applied in a range of organisational settings.
The MSc Management (HRM) provides exciting opportunities: to study in a high quality environment; to be taught and guided by staff with up-to-date, practical knowledge of the key areas of financial management; to be assisted in job search by management careers specialists; and to gain a qualification from a top Business School in a prestigious University.

Normal entry requirements are:
* the equivalent of a UK first or upper second class honours degree
* an intention to work in business, finance and/or management
* evidence of competence in written and spoken English if your first language is not English. * The minimum TOEFL requirement is 613 (250 computer based, 100 internet based) with a TWE of 5.0
* We ask for an IELTS score of 7.0 overall with no element under 6.0 (6.5 or 580 for Distance Learning)
* Other relevant language experience may be acceptable instead, for example taking a degree where English was the medium of instruction.
