The course will develop the professionalism of coaches and provide a qualification in business coaching that is recognised in the international arena. This is a part-time course delivered in the UK by our partners, The Performance Consultants.
Contents
The programme consists of three sequential stages, each of one academic year (part-time).
Stage 1 (leading to PgC). The first year is assessed by three work-based learning assignments and client case studies.
Topics covered include:
* Coaching and Development 1 and 2
* Understanding Yourself as a Coach
* Transpersonal Coaching
* Systemic Leadership
Year one has been accredited by the EMCC as Practitioner level.
Stage 2 (leading to PgD).The second year is assessed by three work-based learning assignments and a Learning Contract.
Topics covered include:
* Transformational Coaching
* Coaching for High Performing Teams
* Advanced Transpersonal Coaching
* Organisation Development
Plus one of three options:
* Gestalt Coaching
* Transpersonal Methods and Applications
* Coaching and Modelling
Year two has been accredited by the EMCC as Advanced Practitioner level.
Stage 3 (leading to MSc). This comprises a two-day Research Methods workshop followed by a dissertation proposal and a 15,000 word dissertation.
IELTS
You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test.
Most European Universities recognise the IELTS test.

An honours degree in a relevant subject, or substantial professional experience and/or qualifications in coaching or other related field.
English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.5 with a minimum score of 6.0 in all individual components, or equivalent.
