Business Administration: Specialization in Entrepreneurship – (M.Sc.)

Why, how, when and where do opportunities arise? In the Entrepreneurship specialization of Business Administration the focus is on opportunities and solutions: the cornerstones of entrepreneurship.

There is a growing realization that small and young businesses can have a major impact on economic growth, and that entrepreneurship provides fertile ground for innovation. In the Entrepreneurship specialization of the Master's programme in Business Administration, we see entrepreneurship as the processes of creating and exploiting opportunities by combining resources in novel ways. This produces new economic, public and social value. Creativity plays a vital role in these processes. We study entrepreneurial processes in all contexts where they occur: in small companies as well as large firms, in governmental organizations and among individual professionals. You will learn to appreciate the complexity and the challenges associated with the highly rewarding entrepreneurial activities that take place in organizations of all shapes and sizes. The programme takes one year and is taught in English. Besides focusing on your own individual studies and attending lectures, you will also work in small groups based on activating learning methods. The programme promotes the development of creative and analytical skills.
