EU's Executive MBA programs are designed for professionals with 5 or more years of managerial experience who are in a critical and decisive phase of their professional development: they are looking to make a breakthrough in their careers to propel them towards senior management positions or seek to successfully launch their own enterprise.

EU Business School Barcelona fully prepares MBA students for these challenges through a combination of outstanding faculty, innovative curricula and flexible study options. Curricula place emphasis on creative problem solving and managing complex relationships. In addition, MBA participants benefit from inspiring discussions with fellow students from all over the world with whom they can exchange insights and build strong business networks.

The Cross MBA is offered in collaboration with US partner Nichols College (NC), offering in one program both European and American graduate degrees.

The format of the program combines classroom and online learning that allows participants to balance between the pursuit of an MBA and full-time employment. The program is designed for demanding executives looking for an intensive, comprehensive update of their advanced skills and knowledge as well as networking opportunities with similarly successful professionals.

The Cross MBA curriculum covers all main functional areas of business and consists of 15 courses, 10 of which are provided by NC faculty flying in to Europe and 5 by EU Europe and Asia faculty. As such, the program provides a truly global perspective to the topical issues in business and economics today.

Structure and Duration

Each of the 15 courses is completed in 1 month, with 18 hours of on-site seminars at EU Business School Barcelona are provided during 1 weekend per month. To prepare for these seminars participants are supported by 6 hours' online/distance learning before the seminar and 6 hours' online/distance learning as a follow-up to the seminar. As such, the Cross MBA is completed in 15 months.
