Systematic research training is provided in the 1st year of the course; supervision is available for research in a wide-range of interests including: coastal geomorphology; soil erosion; environmental change; economic regional development; geography for health; stone-weathering; historical land use change; landscape reconstruction in upland environments; conditions for restoration and mitigation of desert areas using vegetation; and contemporary and historical geographical information systems.
The course can be studied full-time over two years or part-time over four years.
You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test.
Most European Universities recognise the IELTS test.
Take testA good honours degree or equivalent in a relevant subject or a master's degree in an appropriate subject. Exceptionally, equivalent professional experience and/or qualifications will be considered.
English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 7.0 or equivalent.
