The DMS (Diploma in Management Studies) can be studied over one or two years part-time.
You will study alongside practitioners from a diverse range of business and professional backgrounds, benefiting from sharing your experiences of management styles in different organisational cultures.
Specifically the course offers:

The course includes five modules –
Organisational Management
Marketing Management
Financial Management
Strategic Management and Globalisation
Leadership and Change Management
These modules are designed to cover key concepts in the critical areas of business decision-making.

The DMS is appropriate for you if you have had previous experience of management in either a commercial or public sector environment. Applicants will normally have gained a second class Honours degree or equivalent in any subject and at least two years management experience at the appropriate level.
