You will be able to evaluate the concept of leadership and its application to drug and alcohol service settings; describe the nature of teamwork and its application in drug and alcohol settings; analyse leadership and management within a continuous improvement model; and explain and contrast managing change and improvement in drug and alcohol settings in the UK and Scotland.
