* MSc: 12 months full-time
For the MSc you will take seven core courses and select three optional courses. You will also undertake an individual project comprising a comprehensive and critical review of a selected topic in the field of human resources. There is also a non-assessed, compulsory workshop programme.
The first part of the programme focuses on the building blocks of management, such as strategic management and marketing, while the second half of the programme will allow you to develop specialist knowledge and skills in human resource management. The courses will prepare you for the challenges of managing in culturally diverse and ever-changing business contexts.
You will work with a peer group of like-minded students at a similar stage in their management development, and with complementary interests and ambitions. It is an engaging and stimulating learning experience, with staff and students coming together in a vibrant postgraduate community. The taught courses comprise a combination of lectures, seminars, tutorials, fieldwork and project work, both in groups and individually. You will also have opportunities for study trips in the UK and abroad.
