Register Now!The programme is designed to accept honours degree graduates, with a 2:2 and above, or equivalent in any discipline. However, it is highly recommended that applicants should have previous work experience in the construction or property industry.
Candidates without formal degree level qualifications may be accepted on to the programme subject to relevant industry experience and discussions with the admissions tutor.
English Language
For both Master's Degree and Postgraduate Diplomas, candidates whose normal medium of education and work has not been English, will normally be required to present evidence of competence in English as demonstrated by a pass at IELTS level 6 (with no element less than 5.5) or TOEFL 550 (80 internet-based test).
