This one year course provides a wealth of skills development in the areas of integration and scope management, corporate social responsibility, time and cost management, and international project finance.
Accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), it is highly relevant for those wishing to pursue a career in construction project management internationally. The programme is designed to accept honours degree graduates, with a 2:2 and above, or equivalent in any discipline. However, it is highly recommended that applicants should have previous work experience in the construction or property industry.
Candidates without formal degree level qualifications may be accepted on to the programme subject to relevant industry experience and discussions with the admissions tutor.
English Language
For both Master's Degree and Postgraduate Diplomas, candidates whose normal medium of education and work has not been English, will normally be required to present evidence of competence in English as demonstrated by a pass at IELTS level 6 (with no element less than 5.5) or TOEFL 550 (80 internet-based test).

For international students who do not meet the minimum English language requirements for direct entry to the postgraduate programmes available at GCU London, we offer English language courses to help you improve your English language skills.
