Examines the effects of globalisation on law and the globalisation of international law. English-language programme with two specialisations: 1. International Economic Law 2. Humanitarianism

A major instrument of social change, globalisation has brought the importance of good governance to the forefront. With the convergence of laws across international borders, studying the effects of globalisation on law - indeed, the globalisation of law - is increasingly vital. This programme takes globalisation as its starting point and approaches issues not only from a public international law perspective but also from that of criminal, constitutional and civil law. You can specialise in international economic law (with courses such as international trade, international property and international contract law) or humanitarianism (human rights, international dispute settlement, etc.). This is a one-year programme taught in English.
