Are you fascinated by learning, personal development and knowledge creation - in a workplace environment? Attracting and retaining top-quality employees, innovating effectively and strategically to remain competitive, using human capital to the best of its potential - these are all challenges that businesses face. The Management of Learning programme combines elements of economics, business, human resource management and learning sciences. This multidisciplinary approach gives you the tools to solve the HRD challenges of the businesses of the future. Strong links to the HR departments of real-world companies and the industry in general is great preparation for work in large international organisations. The programme is taught in English and takes one year to complete.
