Location of Kings College London

The programme provides a clinical research training with an emphasis on medical imaging. Imaging is now a fundamental part of all clinical specialties, including pathology. The rapid advances in technology have made imaging (both diagnostic and interventional) the core of clinical practice. In the UK, and also around the world, there is a shortage of imaging expertise. Imaging in the UK is organised by sub-specialty, so that all the specialties of medicine and surgery are represented within imaging. Within each specialty of medicine and surgery, clinicians are increasingly interested in learning how to use imaging to diagnose disease presenting in their specialty.
