Leidinggevenden vragen om managementconcepten die meebewegen met veranderende organisaties. Met behulp van de unieke Action Learning leermethode leert hoe u zelf tot vernieuwende oplossingen komt.
Executive MBA is een brede managementopleiding waarin verschillende gebieden van management integraal worden behandeld. U leert door te doen. Uw eigen organisatie biedt hierbij uitdagende praktijkcases.

Fase 1: Hoger Management Programma
* 9 mei, 12 september, 21 november
Fase 2 en 3:
* 8 september, 6 oktober, 24 november

* Fase 2 en 3: 20 maanden
Studiedagen
* Fase 1: Per maand 3 aaneengesloten werkdagen
* Fase 2: Per 5/6 weken 2/3 aaneengesloten werkdagen
* Fase 3: Intervisiebijeenkomsten op afspraak
De bijeenkomsten worden gehouden op onze eigen opleidingslocatie De Raadskamer in Buren (Gld.).
Studiebelasting
* 12 - 15 uur per week, exclusief studie- en subsetbijeenkomsten
Requirements
Profiel deelnemer Executive MBA
* u bent een (Senior-)manager met minimaal 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring;
* u heeft een hbo-/wo-opleiding afgerond en/of beschikt over ruime praktijkervaring;
* u bent betrokken bij bedrijfskundige, strategische besluitvormingstrajecten.
Toelating
Een intakegesprek behoort tot de toelatingsprocedure. Neem contact met ons op voor een vrijblijvende afspraak.
Heeft u recentelijk een opleiding op bedrijfskundig gebied afgerond? Dan komt u mogelijk in aanmerking voor een vrijstelling voor de eerste fase van de Executive MBA.
