Cultural learning is a concept of learning that recognises how knowledge is acquired outside schools and colleges through 'cultural spaces' and across diverse informal settings including volunteering projects, community centres, libraries and museums.
Cultural learning has become central to the work of educators and those working in the cultural industries. This programme is aimed at professionals working in schools, libraries, museums, heritage organisations, local authorities, community projects and the third sector.
Careers
The programme will help professionals working in schools, libraries, museums, heritage organisations, local authorities, community projects and the third sector, giving them insight into critical thinking and the concept of cultural learning and its wider implications for society.
