The Webster Global MBA program enables students interested in an international business career to achieve a Webster MBA degree in one academic year while having a unique global experience. In the course of the year, participants in this program spend a nine-week term at each of five international Webster campuses: Vienna, Leiden, London, Geneva en Shanghai.
This challenging program offers students the opportunity to broaden their horizon by meeting and sharing experiences with students, professors, entrepreneurs and business executives from a wide variety of backgrounds. Visits to local companies and institutions and guest lectures by local academics and business leaders will further enhance the value of the program.
The Global MBA is a wonderful addition to the broad spectrum of education opportunities already being offered by Webster University Worldwide. No other university than Webster, with its 100+ locations in the US and abroad, can offer such a uniquely variegated experience within the one educational system.
Contents
The Global MBA program is a rigorous academic series that delivers a combination of knowledge and skills that help prepare students for a career in a global business environment. Consisting of 36 credit hours of intense academic immersion, the academic experience is directed by faculty who are global experts in their fields.
Classes are conducted in English and include local MBA students at each Webster University campus. With an emphasis on the practical application of business concepts, students learn how to apply real solutions to real problems in real time and demonstrate a strong sense of business fundamentals in a global context.
Through the integration of coursework and the real-life experiences professors and students bring to a cohort-structured program, the Global MBA program helps students acquire the tools, knowledge and experiences that give them the competitive edge in today's global marketplace.
