Nowadays managing a company means managing innovation capacity. Companies need a new management model that can promote space for creativity and innovation. Constant innovation is a must if companies want to reach competitive sales levels and this is the only way to face the challenges that globalisation represents.

Professionals that lead these changes need to have solid C.V.s with scientific and technical training, a clear view of the economy and the ability to face the challenges that the future will bring to organisations. As well, these professionals must have accredited transversal competencies like leadership skills, communication skills, the ability to manage complex situations.

This Master's in Business Innovation seeks to provide professionals with the tools they need to manage the growth of a business based on innovation and entrepreneurial capacity. We need to put the spotlight on increasing value creation for clients and take advantage of tools like Open Innovation to do so. This programme includes the participation of business professionals and leading company directors from around the world. To make following this course easier, upon the completion of enrolment students will receive a tablet to which they can download the notes and all of the documentation from the Master's programme.The main objective of this programme is to train new managers for the organisations of the future. The traditional MBA is now giving way to the new company management model, the MBI.

Aims
