The MSc Organisational Coaching is a part-time, work-based learning programme that can be delivered on-site with organisational collaborative partners. This comprises of four modules followed by an inquiry project/work-based learning dissertation. The programme will set theory and assessment in specific organisational contect by combining academic and practitioner approaches.

Each taught module will be delivered in three two-day workshop sessions, supplemented and extended by on-line learning as appropriate. This teaching will usually occur on Fridays and Saturdays, although there is some flexibility in this. The Work Based Research Project module will have one two-day workshop and thereafter students will be supported through submission of their project (dissertation) by a personal supervisor.

Assessment: Work-based learning, coursework assessments.

IELTS

You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test.

Most European Universities recognise the IELTS test.

Requirements

Usually a first undergraduate degree and/or a postgraduate diploma or a different/lesser qualification with relevant work experience OR substantial work experience without a higher education qualification, for example several years management practice. Prior learning is recognised. Non-standard entrants will also be considered.

Language Proficiency

Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE): Grade C (Score: 60)
