Through the MSc Management pathway-specific modules, students will explore international management issues in more detail, global strategic management and leadership. This general management Master's degree will enhance student employability through provision of a wide-range of teaching and learning approaches including use of a computerised business simulation activity, company visits and related projects alongside visiting expert speakers.

The primary aim of this programme is to provide a broad, analytical and integrative study of business and management.

The key objectives of the programme ar:
- Develop students' critical understanding of management theories and practices.
- Enable students to identify and critically evaluate alternative strategies.
- Develop students' critical understanding of the principal areas of management.
- Develop students' understanding of and ability to conduct rigorous research through independent work.
- Enhance the employability of students' work through provision of knowledge and skills suitable for a career associated with the management of organisational activities.

Strategy and Operations Management; Managerial Finance; Marketing Strategy; Personal and Professional Development; Innovation, Creativity and Enterprise; Management of Projects; Diversity and Cross-Cultural Management; Change and Leadership; Global strategic management; Dissertation, including research methods.

Assessment: mixture of courseworks and exams.
