It is has been developed for Human Resource Management practitioners who wish to gain the qualifications appropriate to professional membership of the CIPD. It has been designed around the new CIPD qualification structure.

The course is aimed at those working within a Human Resource Management role who are looking to study on a part-time basis. Upon completion of the course, you will be equipped with substantial knowledge of contemporary Human Resource Management theory and the ability to apply that knowledge to real-life situations.
