A wide range of higher order skills and capabilities accrue from the two M level modules and include scholarly inquiry, effective project management skills, strategic thinking and leadership skills, change management skills and evaluation of services.
The knowledge, skills and attributes gained facilitate the possibilities of positive practice development in a wide range of professions. A key characteristic of the programme is the advantage of learning within an interdisciplinary cohort which provides peer support, collegiality and helps develop skills in critical peer review.
