Location of Newcastle University

The programme comprises compulsory modules (60 credits), specialist optional modules (60 credits) and a dissertation (60 credits).

Compulsory modules (which are undertaken by all E-Business students, including those on the partner E-Marketing and E-Information Systems degrees), cover the fundamentals of e-business management including: understanding organisations; e-business and a consultancy project. You also attend an advanced seminar series.

Specialist optional modules include: the international business environment; information systems management; e-marketing; innovation and technology strategy; and research methods.

Requirements

Normally an upper-second-class (2.1) Honours degree or international equivalent. If you hold a non-standard qualification, and/or have relevant work experience, please contact the School and speak to the Degree Programme Director before you apply.

Applicants whose first language is not English require IELTS 6.5 or equivalent, with no less than 6.0 in any element. No computer programming experience is required.
