The programme can be undertaken as a series of blocks of taught modules, each of one week in length, followed by six to seven weeks of self-study input and preparation of assignments.
It is anticipated that you will normally take all of the taught modules during the first twelve months of study, followed by a topic review and a research project (with a dissertation). The review and project will normally take six months to complete. Exceptionally, by agreement, this timetable may be extended up to three years to meet your specific requirements.
MSc students undertake the compulsory taught modules and a topic review (120 credits) followed by the research project and dissertation (60 credits). Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) students undertake the taught modules and the topic review only.
Taught modules typically include: an induction and introduction to major programme management; integrated design and delivery; major contracts as organisations; financial and legal engineering; methods of enquiry; customers and markets; organisational leadership; organisation and strategy; team leadership; and topic review.
You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test.
Most European Universities recognise the IELTS test.

The programme is for professionals who have significant post-graduation work experience. You must normally have a minimum of three years’ full-time work experience and an upper-second-class (2.1) Honours degree in any pure or applied science or engineering subject. Alternatively, in exceptional circumstances, the course may accept candidates with significant professional experience who are not qualified in one of the core science or engineering disciplines.
