Location of Koc University
Master of Science program in Reproductive Biology aims at providing the theoretical background as well as practical skills in reproductive medicine and assisted reproduction technologies. The program includes courses on the development of male and female reproductive cells, embryo development, handling of reproductive cells and embryo at laboratory conditions. It also discusses the medical problems of the patients applying to "Assisted Reproductive Technologies Centers" and approaches to such problems. Graduates of the program will have the necessary background and skills to be employed in "Assisted Reproductive Technologies Centers" and "Andrology Laboratories". Additionally, they can apply to the centers assigned by the Ministry of Health to obtain the certificate required to work as the "Director of Embryology Laboratory". The graduates will also be equipped with the skills suitable for working in stem-cell and other cell-culture laboratories, with extensive research experience and background to apply to the Doctor of Philosophy program in related fields (embryology, reproductive biology).
Contents
Reproductive Biology Masters of Science Program includes minimum 7 courses with a total credit of 21, a seminar and thesis based on independent research.
You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test if you come from a non-English speaking country.
Most European Universities recognise the IELTS test.

- BS or MS degree in Health Sciences (medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, medical biology, molecular biology and genetics, biology or similar).
- A minimum score of 65 points in the Academic Personnel and Postgraduate Education Test (ALES)
- Minimum TOEFL score of 80 in internet-based test, 213 in computer-based test or 550 in paper-based test.

Funding details
Students admitted to MS programs with full scholarship will have the following offer:
· Tuition waiver (29,000 TL/year)
· 900 TL monthly stipend
· Free housing (including all costs except telephone expenses).
Additional Benefits:
1. All students receive a laptop computer and private health insurance.
2. Students with successful standing receive travel funds to attend scientific conferences and meetings.
3. Students who receive their stipend from other sources (like TUBITAK scholarships or externally funded research grants and projects) are eligible for the following benefits provided by the university:
