This innovative new course is designed to equip those already working in the sustainable resource, waste and recycling sectors with the knowledge, understanding and skills they require to become effective business managers within their organisations.
It builds upon the sector specific knowledge and skills you will already have gained, e.g. through completion of the WRAP Recycling Managers Training programme.
Through applied work related academic study, practice based learning and experience you will be provided with the business management skills required of your sector in the UK, Europe or Overseas.
These skills are developed through modules which provide both a theoretical underpinning of the key principles of management plus a contextualisation to the specifics within the Sector.
The course is delivered online utilising the individual and group learning features of our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). Assessments will have a strong practical and professional orientation and will enable you to develop a range of management skills relevant to senior roles in your organisation.
