It has been developed in response to the need of graduates who are seeking a postgraduate course that genuinely links cultural theory and practice, and significantly enhances their career prospects in organisational leadership. In particular, it offers further development opportunities for those who intend to seek a career in international business, national organisations with a focus on migration and diaspora, and/or globally oriented cultural and creative industries.

The course is distinctive in:

* offering a high quality course with modules that draw on established staff expertise and the experience of senior leaders in private and public organisations
* combining intellectual rigour with vocational and transferable skills
