This course reflects the needs and interests expressed by senior leaders in global enterprises who are looking to recruit interculturally competent managers. These leaders contribute to teaching and ongoing curriculum development. It has been developed in response to the need of graduates who are seeking a postgraduate course that genuinely links cultural theory and practice, and significantly enhances their career prospects in organisational leadership. Assessment
You will be expected to familiarise yourself with cutting-edge research in the field and bring in your own personal skills via lectures, seminars, presentations and a range of different research projects.
Assessment takes place against clear criteria and learning outcomes which you will be prepared for. Assessed activities range from formal essay writing and examinations to the preparation of reports, discussion of case studies and critical incidents and the development of research proposals.
