Candidates from all of the world have possibility to apply for 6-year M.D. Programme at
English Division, Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of Gdansk. The extended
curriculum is based on strict European and US standards. After graduation from the
Medical Faculty students will receive a diploma of physician (M.D.), certifying
graduation in medicine from the Medical University of Gdansk, and can apply for a
license to practice medicine in their country.

You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test.
Most European Universities recognise the IELTS test.
Take testCandidates are obliged to take an entrance exam in biology and chemistry at the level of high school. Exam will take place at the University. Candidates will be selected by the Admission Committee on the basis of their final scores in entrance exam and scores from High School Diploma in biology and chemistry. The Admission Committee is authorized to conduct an additional oral examination.
List of documents that candidate is obliged to submit to University Admission Office:
* a completed application form (printed after registration in electronic database)
* a completed affidavit of citizenship
* a copy of High School Diploma or its equivalent and a copy of the relevant school documents- all in candidate’s native language certified by candidate’s school or by a public notary
* an English translation of the above original documents, translated and certificated by candidate’s school or by a sworn translator
* a photocopy of the applicant’s passport certified by a public notary
* three recent (size 35mm-45mm) photographs signed at the back (head not covered)
* a copy of birth certificate certified by a public notary
List of documents that candidate is obliged to submit to University Admission Office
after acceptance:
* original High School Diploma or its equivalent legalized or with apostil
* document confirming payment of admission fee and orientation week fee
* signed copy of agreement
