In our modern environment, the management of human resources is vital to both the success of individual managers and organisations, as well as the new world of employment. The MSc in Human Resource Management provides an insight into the principal areas of managing human resources by offering critical assessment of the human resource management (HRM) and employment relations (ER) approach. It also offers an understanding of the important influences of the macro context of management as well as the international context, both in terms of international HRM and comparative employment relations.
