While globalisation and technology open up new opportunities, the balance of power has shifted in favour of the consumer, and the threat of new competitive forces presents serious challenges for organisations all over the world. A critical success factor for many of these organisations is to find ways to redefine their trading relationships, new ways to understand their customers and organise and streamline their value chains. This cutting-edge programme, the first of its kind in the UK, is now being offered by Kent Business School.

All applicants will be required to have a personal interview with the Programme Director as part of the admissions process, although this can be done over the phone.
