The MA in Modern European Literature covers a range of national literatures (English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish), and gives students the opportunity to read major literary works in their language of original composition. Students must select modules covering at least two different European literatures (in addition to English).

Assessment
Assessment is by one 5,000-word essay for each module, and the dissertation.
You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test.
