This programme prepares students to evolve in emerging environments that are both complex and people-oriented. The content is transversal and covers Marketing, Human Resources and Operational Management. Key competences developed are managing teams, markets and services offers. It focuses on innovation and adapts to meet the future challenges of service companies and organizations.

The programme is limited to 35-40 participants. It is made up of students in initial
training or executives pursuing continuing education. The origins of the participants are diverse both in their nationalities and in their academic background.
The pedagogical approach favours interactivity and considers students as real
professionals. Courses are based on real cases. The faculty dedicated to this programme is made up of specialists in services activities management, with several professors from the corporate world.
The fi rst year of the MSc’s in Management provides general courses on Management of Organisations. In the second year, students begin their specialisation - Services Activities Management.
This MSc provides genuine high-level and internationally-oriented training. Above and beyond the expertise provided by the foundation courses, the MSc offered at the IAE Aix has three essential axes:
