All students will take two 30-credit modules. On completing these modules, it is possible to exit with a Postgraduate Certificate: Leadership in Multi-agency Settings.
To complete the Masters award students will choose optional modules to a total of 60 credits, from a range of university studies on offer.
On completion of the optional modules students may choose from any of the following three modes of study, each of which totals 60 credits and includes a taught element of Research Methods:
* Dissertation
* Work-based project
* Organisational-based consultancy (full time mode only)

Modules
Core Modules
All students will take two 30-credit core modules: Leading Teams in Multi-agency settings and Leading Projects in Multi-agency settings. On completing these modules, it is possible to exit with a Postgraduate Certificate: Leadership in Multi-agency Settings.
Optional Modules
Students will choose optional modules to a total of 60 credits, from a range of university studies on offer. You may choose to major in a specific field or take modules from the full range offered. These include, but are not limited to:
* Human resource management
* Commissioning and procurement
* Coaching and mentoring
* Financial management
* Governance
* Healthcare
On completing these modules, it is possible to exit with a Postgraduate Diploma: Leadership and Management in the Public Sector.
To complete the full Masters degree, students will choose from the following three modes of study, each of which totals 60 credits and includes a taught element of Research Methods:
