The European Master Facility Management is a 14 months, full time study with a study load of 90 ects credits. The programme consists of four terms. Terms 1 and 2 comprise the FM/RE core, and include issues like Management Principles, Project Management, Critical Thinking, Research Methods, Asset Management, Support Services, Building Management, Corporate Real Estate Management and Economics. During the second term, students also have the option of following either Quality or Information Management classes (FM core), or Quality Management or Economics (RE core).

This study is accredited and validated by the University of Greenwich in London, UK.
