The purpose of the LL.M II in International and European Business Law is to familiarise our students with :

  • Aspects of International / European business strategy, especially those linked to securities and corporate governance, finance, risk management and bank regulation.
  • Main levels of business regulation: European and national supervision in the field of corporate affairs as a result of rapid International Market expansion; international financial regulation.
  • Methods and financial tools of comparative law essential today to transnational corporate and financial strategy.

To give you a competitive advantage in the national and international employment mar ket in order to be employed in international law firms and International/European institutions dealing with corporate/financial regulation.

VOCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES:

The graduates will not only be able to accede to all the jobs for French lawyers, barristers, solicitors, corporate lawyers, lawyer-linguist or civil servants, but also to a multitude of jobs which involve abilities in using two or several languages in a European and international context.

At last, they could also entering lobbying firms which are nowadays very numerous in all political decision-making places (Paris, Brussels, Strasbourg, New-York, Geneva…).

You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test if you come from a non-English speaking country.

Most European Universities recognise the IELTS test.

Requirements

Students must submit an application form with the following requirements:

  • CV
  • Copy of A-level and undergraduate degree transcript
  • Proof of proficiency in French (for international students level B2), and in English
  • Any report of paper related to the prepared degree

Applicants are likely to be invited for an interview.
