The CTIS curriculum has been developed in a coordinated manner by three top Portuguese universities, Technical University of Lisbon (IST), the University of Porto (FEUP), and the University of Coimbra(FCTUC), in association with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). The program is housed in Lisbon at the Technical University of Lisbon.
Built on a challenging program of ten disciplines, it enables contact with one or two major international projects, by means of documentation and presentations by some of their responsible experts, and a series of seminars by renowned experts in the three domains.
Currently, a set of major international companies support CTIS.
You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test if you come from a non-English speaking country.
Most European Universities recognise the IELTS test.

Requirements
Applications to the CTIS program are welcome by those holding 5-year degrees or Bologna 1st-cycle degrees (typically 3-year degrees). However, holders of 5-year degrees will be given preference in the review process. Additionally, work experience will be taken into account in the review process.
