The LL.M in Intellectual Property Law will enable you to study the fundamental principles behind the laws of patents and copyright. The programme aims to provide you with an advanced knowledge of substantive intellectual property law, and of the place and role of intellectual property within domestic, regional and international contexts.
The programme can be studied full time over 12 months or part time over 20, 24, 32 or 36 months.
The programme investigates a range of issues which underpin contemporary intellectual property law and therefore allows you to explore not just the legal dimensions of intellectual property law, but also a variety of social, ethical, cultural and commercial perspectives.
