The LLM Commercial Law offers professionals in the commercial sector around the world the opportunity to study specialist areas in commercial law. Designed for lawyers and non-lawyers, the focus in on law - with an international flavour.

You'll enhance your awareness of legal implications in day-to-day business operations, whether you're from the legal or business sector, which can lead to real career progression.
The course content ranges from conceptual theories behind modern commercial activity to practical assignments in which you'll draw from your local jurisdictions.
There are four core subjects of study: International Business, Commercial Theories, Legal Research Methods and National and International Sale of Goods, after which you choose four further subjects and a suitable subject for your Independent Study.
Through the optional modules you can specialize according to your own personal interests. Options include Trade Related Intellectual Property Rights, International Trade, Electronic Commercial Law, European Labour Law, Law of the Art and Antiquities Market, Law of the Music Industry and Information Law.
You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test if you come from a non-English speaking country.
Most European Universities recognise the IELTS test.
