The programme will be particularly attractive to law graduates who wish to develop a specialisation in commercial law, and particularly an ability to understand and apply commercial law in multi-jurisdictional scenarios. The programme will enhance the career prospects of graduates, those starting careers in the legal professions, in-house legal advisers and those lawyers working in the public sector.

Objectives

* Experts in the relevant areas of law will assist the student's understanding, interpretation and ability to apply particular aspects of commercial law.
