The Master’s Programme in Marine Sciences offers the opportunity for you to take active part in the efforts to attain a more sustainable ocean environment. As a marine scientist, you are required to have a broad knowledge of marine conditions along with a keen eye for the whole picture and an ability to co-operate with other professionals in an interdisciplinary fashion. The Master’s Programme provides you with these skills.

Why study a Master's Programme?

Expertise is demanded in aquaculture, marine technical development, monitoring programs, coastal and fisheries management. Advisory and regulatory authorities require marine competence and the marine sections of teaching at schools and universities are often popular. The Marine Sciences programme is multidisciplinary and provides the students with knowledge and skills to actively contribute to marine research and for a better management of the oceans.
