Public health is about improving and protecting the health of groups of people. You’ll be interested in why people become ill, how this can be prevented and how they can be treated. This course will help you analyse public health problems and develop solutions. It is popular with UK, EU and overseas students, and the modules put the study of public health into an international context.
You can study full time over a year or part time over two years. If you take the part time option, you’ll attend one full day of teaching per week during term time. Some optional sessions, such as visiting lectures and skills classes may be delivered at other times.
