A hybrid manager or bridger is a professional who has a detailed understanding of IT issues and sophisticated managerial and organisational skills. These people can deliver change and secure competitive advantage for their organisation. They bridge the gap between IT and the business.

We designed this course for working professionals with real responsibilities and commitments who are looking for career development.

The course delivery includes

* some choice of modules and study methods
* residential workshops, which allow you to meet and work with other students in various roles and organisations.
* assessments and projects strongly related to your normal work, giving maximum benefit to you and your employer
* content that examines the main issues for you and your employer

We ensure there is real life relevance by using guest speakers and case studies.

We have a track record of working with industry and organisations to produce tailor-made packages to suit individual needs. If you or your organisation would like to explore this possibility, please contact us to discuss it further.
