This course develops professional and management expertise in tourism. It is suitable for people who work or want to work in the industry, or come from other backgrounds.

The international tourism industry is growing rapidly and covers a diverse range of areas.

You study tourism development and explore the link between various elements of diverse tourism environments, such as the different social, environment and political impacts of tourism development in different countries. You also examine the increasingly global reach tourism in tourism and globalisation.

You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test if you come from a non-English speaking country.

Most European Universities recognise the IELTS test.

We welcome enquiries from those who have substantial management experience but who do not have the normal entry requirements. We may invite you for an interview to discuss your particular background, experience and qualifications. Our aim is to ensure you can achieve success on this masters course, but please contact us if you wish to discuss your own concerns.

Through accreditation of prior learning (APL), you may be able to claim entry with credit or exemptions based on your existing qualifications, knowledge and experience.

If your first language is not English you must normally produce evidence of competence in English such as a TOEFL test minimum mark, paper-based 550, computer-based 213, internet-based 79 or an IELTS score of 6.0.
