The development of organisations is becoming a pervasive activity. For some people it is the central feature of their work. This may be managing or taking part in an organisation development project, or providing advice.
We designed this programme to meet the needs of professional change agents, managers and internal and external consultants. It is for people wanting to be at the forefront of change processes at individual, group and organisational levels.
The course attracts the specialist organisation development and change consultant, directors, managers and others wanting to think through the implications of important issues of change and organisation development.
It extends your understanding and capabilities in these areas. You develop a self-critical awareness of current developments and we encourage you to think about the nature of change and the value of consultancy approaches in managing it
By drawing on the most recent research, and the experience of consultants and in-house practitioners, we combine innovation with relevance. The work-based nature of most assignments means it continuously delivers value to sponsoring organisations.
The main subjects of the course develop an understanding of and expertise in
* organisation development and change

* promoting change
We apply these areas to understanding strategy, change and the dynamics of consultancy.
