Skills
In this course, you'll develop organisational and business skills that focus on the hospitality area of tourism. Through lectures, guest speakers and case studies, you'll develop an advanced understanding of the issues and concepts involved in creating successful hospitality and tourism and experiences. You'll learn broad skills, such as formulating policy and planning for the future, as well as developing your abilities in research, time management and presentation methods.

On successful completion of this programme, you are eligible to apply for the Associate (AIH) Grade of membership at the Institute of Hospitality, and following an assessment, you may also meet the requirements for the Member (MIH) Grade.
